Bishop Dr. Paul Owusu Tabiri had a divine call as Prophet, Apostle and an Evangelist upon his life in July 1990. He was the presiding elder of the Church of Pentecost Estate Assembly in the Brong Ahafo region of Ghana
Also for 12 years the regional deacon for the Church of Pentecost. (Brong Ahafo)

He was also the first president and the first field representative of the Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship. (F.G.B.M.F) – Brong Ahafo. During that period he ministered in about 80 chapters through the devine power of the Holy Ghost. God used this humble man to raise the dead and heal many incurable diseases and sicknesses.
God also used him to heal the blind and the deaf. He cast demons out from many who were possessed with devilish spirits. Thousands of people have received Christ through his Ministry.

He was a retired police inspector, a general merchant and oil-palm plantation farmer. Due to his passion for souls and his compassion for the sick, his burden for the captives and the needy he abandoned his business to enter into full time Ministry. (When he was called to serve by God)

He has ministered at various crusades and revival meetings in Ghana, Burkina Faso, Cote D’Ivoire and Togo all in West Africa. He also preached in France, Germany, Holland, Italy, UK, Switzerland and Spain. He continued his preaching work in Israel, Canada and the United States of America.
Many are those who were healed as they watched or listen to his administration on Television, radio and audio cassettes.
