History
The Bethel Prayer Ministries International is a complete revelation by God to his Servant Rt, Rev. Paul Owusu Tabiri. After many years of spiritual crises, criticisms and other unjustified accusations, the Ministry is in the stream of accomplishing its vision, the Ministry has come out with a triumphal victory, it has become a continuation of the great revival just like that which began at Jerusalem on the Day of Pentecost A.D. 33, which was established "Upon the foundation of the Apostles and Prophets, Jesus Christ Himself being the Chief Cornerstone"
(Acts 2:1 - 12; Eph. 1:19 - 20).

The ministry is growing from Grace to Grace; and it has become a unified religious body governed by a democratic administrative Council covered by a unified legal status. The Ministry has about 350 assemblies world wide, 8 in Ivory Coast and 3 in Togo. There are about 9 assemblies in Germany, 7 in Italy, 3 in France, 2 in Holland and 2 in Austria,
Switzerland, England, Libya and Israel respectively
All the assemblies are being supervised by Apostles, Area Heads, Pastors, Evangelist, Prophets, Prophetess and Overseers and presiding Elders. The Ministry has been able to plant about 12 prayer camps in certain areas in Ghana, such as Sunyani, Accra- Kwaabenya, Accra, Klagon in Tema & Tema Community 12, etc. The camps accommodate people with a diversity of social, spiritual and health problems. The power of God always manifests in the various camps through deliverance healing and other miracles, several testimonies have been recorded as regards to breakthroughs.

The Ministry promotes deeper understanding of the laws of social living, it propagates the Gospel, the full revelation of the truth about man, fulfils her mission of proclaiming the Gospel, she bears witness to man, in the name of Christ, to his dignity and his vocation to the communion of persons.
Not only that, the Ministry teaches man the demands of justice and peace in conformity with divine wisdom. The Ministry is concerned with the social aspects of the members and strives to inspire right attitudes with respect to earthly goods and in socioeconomic relationships.
